The go-to place for “Proper Pie”. Beef in wine for me and chicken and bacon for Nick. Accompanied by the best, best, best chips we have had for years. Superb! Lovely staff too. This will be a regular eatery for us in our new home in Worcestershire. Yum yum yum....
Always excellent, whether you are looking for a hearty breakfast, coffee and cake or a delicious lunch. the choice is good for everyone. I must admit I am a sucker for breakfast, and gradually working my way through the various options. The cakes always look beautiful I just wish I wasn't diabetic, (although Kevin the chef does make a lovely lemon cake for diabetics now and again TY x) Lunch so many choices again and the "specials" are amazing, the pastry on the tarts and sausage rolls is beautiful and all hand made. Homemade soup - yes please, I'm looking forward to my next visit- I can't call it my local as I am in Worcester but quite willing to travel over sometimes up to 3 times a week, that's how friendly and lovely not just the place and the food is but the staff make it extra special too, Thank you Nicki, Luke and Gemma along with Kevin the chef, see you soon
Visited this lovely place two days in a row for lunch with friends and we all loved it. Fantastic food and drinks with very friendly staff in really comfortable decor. It's well worth a visit or ten and we will most certainly be back, thank you!
